The Sound Recording Special Payments Fund ("SRSPF") (formerly known as the
Phonograph Record Manufacturers' Special Payments Fund) provides one of the best benefits
available to musicians under the collective bargaining agreement between the
American Federation of Musicians (AFM)
and the recording industry. The SRSPF website was created to provide musicians with information
and facts about how the SRSPF works and to offer musicians an easy way to access the details of their
prior years distributions or tax reporting and recording session statements. Musicians can also sign
up for direct deposit to receive annual distributions or update their change of address or other
contact information. All it takes is a few moments to fill out the registration form to become a
member of the SRSPF website.

Rules governing the SRSPF website:
The official rules governing operation of the SRSPF are set forth in the Sound Recording Labor Agreement and the Sound Recording Special Payments Fund Agreement. The terms of these Agreements will control in the event of any inconsistency between those terms and any provisions described on this website.
